For a trainer to be successful, Austin believes they must possess the ability to effectively teach individuals based on their needs as a learner. Every person comprehends and applies new information differently, so it is the trainer’s responsibility to be able to alter the ways he/she delivers that information. Over the several years of being a personal trainer, Austin has learned how to pay close attention to how an individual will process the information given to them.
Not only are people challenged physically when they are training, but they are also faced with mental challenges. Everyone will experience their own form of mental struggles when it comes to exercise and Austin believes it is up to him to coach his clients/athletes through them.
